We started Boga because Kenya grows incredible potatoes — and imports much of its frozen French fry supply. We thought that was strange. So we built a factory in Nairobi, set up a sourcing network across the country's major potato regions, and got to work.
Every chip that leaves our facility moves through a tightly controlled process — raw intake and inspection, washing, peeling, precision cutting, blanching, vacuum sealing, and cold-chain dispatch. The result is a product that arrives at your kitchen as clean, consistent and fresh as the day it was bagged.
Our Nairobi location lets us draw potatoes from multiple growing regions across Kenya, smoothing seasonality and keeping the line fed year-round.
